Really nasty horrible cold, couldn’t shift it with paracetamol. Colleague suggest this, and I’m now converted! Didn’t cure my cold, but significantly helped to reduce my temp, dull my symptoms, also helped to expel the blocked sinuses I had, and helped to break up stubborn phlegm on my chest. I will take this in future preemptively before the cold has a chance to infect me. I quite enjoy the flavour - tastes exactly how it smells, love the earthy undertone, also works lovely with honey and lemon! :)
